Service and eligibility
These terms govern use of RookFront provided by Signal Shift Labs LLC, California, United States. The initial beta is offered for business use in the United States by people age 18 or older who are authorized to act for their business.
RookFront provides a website-inquiry inbox, customer/contact context, conversation workflow and AI-assisted summaries, intent and urgency classifications, next-action recommendations and reply drafts. Use of the service is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Free beta and availability
The current beta is free and requires no credit card. This does not promise that future versions will always be free. Features may evolve, be added or removed, and the service may experience interruptions. No uptime or support-response SLA is provided.
Keep separate copies of records your business needs. Recovery measures do not guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of every record in every circumstance.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service appropriately. You are responsible for activity through your account and the website sources and business context you configure. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Business and customer content
You retain the rights you have in content and data you submit or cause to be submitted. You must have appropriate rights, authority or permission to provide customer/contact/inquiry information and to configure the relevant websites.
You permit processing needed to provide the service, including storage, use of service providers and AI analysis of relevant messages and business context. Analysis may occur automatically on receipt of an inquiry. RookFront does not acquire ownership of customer data merely by processing it.
AI requires your judgment
AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review summaries, classifications, urgency, recommendations and drafts before acting, including business facts, prices, policies and availability.
Suggested replies are drafts. RookFront does not automatically send them to customers. You decide whether and how to respond through your usual communication channel. No AI-accuracy or business-outcome guarantee is provided.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, infringement, impersonation, malicious content or abuse. Do not seek unauthorized access, bypass security or limits, disrupt the service or interfere with another organization’s information.
Service intellectual property
Rights in the RookFront service, software, design and branding are reserved by Signal Shift Labs LLC and the applicable rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials. This does not change the rights you have in your submitted content.
Closure, suspension and termination
You may stop using RookFront and email support@rookfront.com to request account closure or deletion. We review requests manually, verify authority where necessary and explain applicable retention or backup-copy limitations.
Signal Shift Labs LLC may suspend or terminate access for abusive, unlawful or harmful use, security concerns or service-operation needs. We may change or discontinue beta functionality. Any notice or handling required by applicable law remains applicable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation, email inbox placement, AI accuracy or suitability for a particular business purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Signal Shift Labs LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Governing law and changes
California law and applicable United States federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived. No county-specific venue or mandatory arbitration process is specified.
We may revise these terms as the service develops. The effective date identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Contact us with legal questions.
